Ibis Styles Birmingham Nec & Airport Hotel Bickenhill

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always available when needed. the location was great, with easy access to the airport and other key attractions. the room was comfortable and quiet, providing a good night's sleep.

the food at the hotel, especially the breakfast, was not up to par.

The hotel offered great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect for those attending events at the NEC, as it was within walking distance and situated in a quiet area. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms had nice facilities.

Planned to see Birmingham major attractions and it was right place for visiting all of them.

The building is nice and the rooms are air-conditioned and incredible. Would stay there again, it was a great stay on a business trip.

Everything was really good from staff, who were attentive, to the easy location. Our room was air conditioned and tidy with a good hot shower, coffee and the sofa bed to be made up in the family room.

The hotel's bar restaurant had a good menu at a very reasonable price, making dining convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and included in the price, adding great value to our stay. The location was also convenient, easy to get to the arena, airport, city centre, and exhibition centre.

Nothing not to like.

Well-designed rooms, exceptional staff, warm breakfast. Loved quick check-in and late check-out. Set near the airport, the train station, arena in the good area. Bickenhill Lane bus station is quite a walk from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the monorail, making it easy to reach the airport terminal or the rail station. The beds were uncomfortable, resembling sleeping on a concrete slab according to several guests.

An interesting place for a short stay. We had a spacious bedroom. We had a full English breakfast with plenty of options.

Brilliant location for those travelling by car, just a 6-minute walk to NEC with plenty of parking available. Ideal for train station access and shopping in Birmingham Grand Central.

The stay was pleasant. The venue was stunningly beautiful, I enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal just next door to the train station and airport and arena. Everything seemed very good, clean.

I recently had a very early flight from Birmingham Airport and decided to stay at the Ibis Styles. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they serve breakfast from 3am! This was incredibly useful and allowed me to have a good meal before my flight. I would highly recommend this hotel.
